How to Choose the Right Jaco Villa

Count your beds, not just your guests. A villa that technically sleeps 8 is much more comfortable when 8 guests have 4 real bedrooms. Our listings show bedrooms and bathrooms side by side so couples traveling together or families with teens can plan who sleeps where.

Decide how much you want to walk. Jaco Beach villas put you near restaurants and surf shops. Playa Hermosa villas trade that for quiet and views, and you will want a car, a golf cart, or a driver from us for dinners out.

Think about the pool. If you are traveling with small children, look at the pool layout and fencing questions on each villa page, and ask us anything that is not listed. If you want a place to unwind after fishing or surfing, an ocean-view terrace may matter more than a big yard.
